Professional biography
Rytis Joseph Jan, also known as Rytis Jan, is Senior Vice President of Global Strategic Initiatives and Government Relations at Xsolla, and Chief Financial Officer and Director of Xsolla SPAC 1.
At Xsolla, he leads government engagement, strategic partnerships, and international market development. His work spans the Middle East, Asia Pacific, Central Asia, the Caucasus, and Europe, connecting gaming and financial technology businesses with governments, development agencies, and institutional partners.
He has represented Xsolla in engagements with Busan Metropolitan City and IT Park Uzbekistan. His work also includes Xsolla’s cooperation with Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Digital Development and Transport and the Dubai Films and Games Commission. These relationships encompass market entry, regional operations, developer education, and the development of local gaming industries.
At Xsolla SPAC 1, his work on the company’s initial public offering, completed in January 2026, included capital formation, structuring, and regulatory coordination. He serves as the company’s Chief Financial Officer and a member of its board.
Before joining Xsolla, he worked in management consulting, advising public institutions and technology companies on corporate strategy, foreign direct investment, and digital transformation. His earlier experience includes leadership of Jan Digital Studios.
He serves on the board of Xsolla Curine Academy, is a Partner at Blockverse Ventures, and is a member of the Milken Institute Chairman’s Circle.
